Will ruling the weekend produce a benefit over my teammates?
On Saturdays we are meant to perform a tempo run , as well as on Sundays we are supposed to choose a long term of 6+ miles, that we do both. I understand that many of my teammates don’t run anytime apart from practice or meets, same goes with running for fun on saturday produce a good advantage?
Individuals runs provides you with a large edge on your teammates- The long term and tempo run are most likely two of the most important runs inside a distance runner’s training, a minimum of throughout the bottom. Doing all of your long term the next day of the tempo will not hurt. I usually do my lengthy operates on Sundays the next day of a race or workout. I wouldn’t push it way too hard about the long term though. As lengthy as you are not dogging it you’ll building your stamina.
