What credit card company offers air miles for you spending?
I would like to know a list of credit card companies that offer air miles for purchases. Please tell me the conversions as well… i.e. How many miles you get per dollar or so. Please answer. 10 points for best answer.

Note that the Citi cards pay you in ThankYou points which can be used for airline tickets. The Escape Card from Discover and AmEx Blue Sky have rewards that are exclusively for travel.
