What is the best non revolving credit card out there?
My daughter wants to build credit but with a non-revolving credit card – that she’d be forced to pay off every month. I’ve been reading about American Express but they (and others) have SO MANY – it’s very confusing! Plus I was hoping to find one that has no annual fee – is this possible?
