what bank offers the best credit card that has low interest?
I have a Blue Sky Amex card. There is no annual fee and the rate is 10.24%.
The other card I like is Capital One. The interest is not as low as the Amex, but I have been receiving very good balance transfer offers. I had a 2% interest for 1 year and no balance transfer fee.
