How did the gas station do to charge my credit card twice?
The gas station charged my credit card twice with two different amounts. Of course I only filled up once with just one receipt. I hope it was not intentional. But you never know. How do they do it to your credit card either intentional or just a mistake. How do they process your credit card technically in either case?
It could be that the transaction didn’t clear the pump and the next person just charged on your card. Dispute the charge with your credit card company.
